I have just bought a Samsung A71 and the phone connection is not compatible with the USB connection. I have bought a cable that fits my phone and my USB in the car, but it still wont connect with the Android Auto system. Once it's got into the loop, you either have to turn off the infotainment to clear the spinner or turn the car off. I also noticed that the some of the physical buttons (e.g. mode) don't work once the software is in this state until the car has been reset (e.g. 30 mins idle) Posted.
